The hypnotic music of Langas and Manganiyars, two hereditary folk musician communities, transports the audience to the heart of Rajasthan. This 90 minute presentation is in collaboration with the internationally acclaimed troupe, Rupayan Sansthan, whose work has brought the richness of the Rajasthani language, music and folklore to the global stage.
On June 13-14, 2020 Mandala presented a cohort of passionate Chicago creatives who offered perspectives from the South Asian diaspora amid quarantine and pivotal social uprising across the nation.
