Students explore form, movement sequences (adavus), melody and rhythm. Students also become familiar with South Asian folk tales and mythology, and create characters through gesture and physicality.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">This class runs from January 5th through May 10th. All students are invited to perform and prepare for Mandala\u2019s annual <strong>Academy Showcase<\/strong> on May 17th at the Vittum Theater.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This class is suited for ages 7-8.
